POSITION TITLE: Systems Analyst

POSITION DUTIES: Analyze and identify customer requirements, networks and operational procedures to define user system requirements. Analyze system specifications and produce detail tasks specification. Develop software using Delphi and C++ programming languages. Design and develop two- and three-tier client/server application models. Conduct design and code reviews. Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (any major) or equivalent, incl. minor in mathematics, or equivalent, plus Oracle SQL and Delphi 4 C/S Certification, plus 2 years exp. using C/C++ to develop customized two- and three-tier client-server applications, Oracle SQL. Experience writing Oracle scripts and Delphi programming software and utilities. Strong ability to define IVR call flow, strong ability in developing efficient database manipulation software, must have SQL Server, Oracle and Interbase data base development skills and mathematical and string manipulation algorithms and parsing functions. Candidate must have strong computer integration skills for multi-vendor environments. Ability to develop software using Microsoft COM technologies, including OLE automation, COM objects and Active-X is essential. Web application development using HTML and internet security skills are required. Candidate must be proficient in developing data base reports using “Crystal Reports” software and must be proficient in writing documents such as business requirements, test plans and user manuals.
