For each ClientCall installation, Sonant assigns a Project Manager to provide guidance in such areas as application design, implementation planning, project management, and coordination of other vendor support.

Sonant designs each system around the customer's specified business rules.

System Installation |
Sonant provides complete on-site installation services for its systems. This includes installing the hardware and software, making telephone and data network connections, testing all application functions, and supporting the customer during acceptance testing.

Customer Training & Documentation |
During on-site installation, Sonant engineers will provide operator and administration training for your staff. This training is tailored to the specific application and system configuration for the site. In addition, Sonant offers training courses at its San Diego facility in programming a ClientCall system using Sonant's ClientCall AGE application generation environment. Sonant also provides a complete set of product documentation for system administrators, supervisors, and contact center agents.

Sonant's Web site design enables customers to extend their phone-based services to the Internet. Our team builds Web components as a separate site, or integrated into the customer's existing Web site.
